If you have purchased "formZ RenderZone Plus," the serial number and installation code should have been provided to you either in the confirmation email from the purchase or in the physical packaging if you purchased a boxed version. If you cannot find this information, you may want to check your records or contact the vendor or customer support where you purchased the software for assistance.
